Service Description

A one-on-one or small group meeting (up to three) for product managers, engineers and other technical leaders aiming to assess product readiness, increase user adoption in Asia, understand potential product gaps. As this is a short one-hour discussion to cover a broad topic, prior to the meeting we recommend what areas the client would like to focus on in an initial 30 minute consultation. With focus on China, Japan, and/or Korea, this session covers product readiness in Asia. If discussing product, technical, strategic, or any other proprietary information a mutual NDA would be required. Examples of topics: - Technical Product Overview - "Does our product technically work in Asia?" Lead Technical Engineer wants to understand whether their product would work for overseas customers, this could be anything related to search, relevance ranking, reports, data input, UI/UX design, etc. - "Our users are telling us that our products are making their day to day more difficult and we are struggling to understand why." - Understanding Challenges and Possible Product Gaps: As a Product Manager, with a successful product in North America and EMEA, in the US, I'm struggling to understand why our users in Asia, particularly Korea, are not adopting our product as openly as other regions? In Japan, many users are telling us that they don't like using our application?
