Service Description

A one-on-one or small group meeting (up to three) for executive leaders, business strategists, engineers, and other business leaders aiming to do business in Asia. With focus on China, Japan, and/or Korea, this session covers the fundamentals of doing business or expanding your current business in Asia. As this is a short one-hour discussion, we highly recommend an initial 30 minute consultation to confirm what areas of focus our clients would like to cover and iron out any details before this meeting. If discussing product, technical, strategic, or any other proprietary information a mutual NDA is required. Examples of topics: - "Our startup would like to consider expanding into Asia?" - Startup setting up shop and expanding into Asia: As a start-up how and where should we start? What sort of team makeup do I need? Is our product ready for the market? - "We have been in Japan for two years, but our sales are struggling?" - Understanding and Increasing Marketshare In Asia: As a mature organization we have seen success in North America and EMEA, but our direct sales approach doesn't seem to be working, are there any recommendations? We had an initial large client upon landing in Japan, but the rest of the market seems stagnant, is it us or is it the market?
